Regional Manager of Well-Being Programs

Full-time, Exempt, evenings and weekends required as necessary working in both Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties.

The Regional Manager of Well-Being Programs is a full-time, exempt management position leading and executing strategy for the Monterey County expansion of services. This position requires both visionary and strategic skillsets, related professional experience, along with enthusiasm for hands-on execution of program design, promotion, implementation and evaluation. Additional responsibilities include training facilitation, event management, and community outreach. Successful candidates must have the ability to work multigenerational and multicultural.

Regional Program Specialist

Full-time, Exempt, evenings and weekends required as necessary working in both Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties.
