The intention of these rides are to bring together community, no matter what level bicycle riding experience you have. We get together to support each other and lift each other up. Even if you have not been on a bike for years! Together we are stronger. We take breaks as much as needed for whatever reasons that come up, all
enjoy the views of the ocean as well.

This is also great training for Surf City AIDS Ride and can support you in getting the courage to register for it & help a great cause. There are 12, 30, 65 and 100 mile options on September 20th, the day of the Surf City AIDS Ride, for you to choose from.

We have a couple of bicycle's to lend out and few helmets too! ContactJorge Bru, Conexiones Coordinator or Neal Savage, PFLAG President, to borrow what you need & ask any questions you have about the route we are taking or the distance & length/time of the ride, etc.

There will be different meeting spots for those who would like them and you can also turn back at any point if you would. The first meeting spot is at 4pm at Jade Street Park in Capitola, California -  for those borrowing a bike or helmet.

Bring water, sunblock, snacks, etc & we can also choose to stop for a bite somewhere.

Contact Jorge Bru at conexiones@diversitycenter.org if you have any questions.
