A historic moment happened just this morning, as the LGBTQ community received the Supreme Court's passing of marriage equality.  Same-sex marriage is now a constitutional right in all fifty states, eliminating an individual state's jurisdiction in refusing to recognize same-sex marriages or issue nuptial licenses.
