Santa Cruz AIDS Project (SCAP)
The Santa Cruz AIDS Project (SCAP) serves those who are HIV positive living in Santa Cruz County. Their mission is to promote and participate in a comprehensive and compassionate response to HIV and AIDS through education, advocacy, and supportive services. All care services are free, confidential and offered within a non-judgmental environment. Care services include case management, access to medical care, financial assistance, food bank, volunteer support, support groups, and pro bono professional support services.
SCAP is a welcoming place. We celebrate and value each person entering our doors for services regardless of age, race, culture, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, lifestyle, background, religion, ability, or income.

Santa Cruz County Needle Exchange Program
SCCNEP provides syringe exchange services in a variety of times and locations. They have a variety of specialized programs, such as Women’s Only Exchange, home visits, street outreach and a peer-based, Satellite Syringe Exchange (SSE) Program. At Santa Cruz Center and other drop-in locations.

Tenderloin AIDS Resource Center
Tenderloin AIDS Resource Center serves those living with and at the greatest risk of acquiring HIV/AIDS, who have difficulty obtaining services elsewhere, especially due to substance use, mental illness, sexual orientation, gender identity, race and ethnicity, and/or other social barriers. Their social service and nursing case management teams provide residents support to navigate the greater health care system and to provide individualized care. Their Jobs to Work & Community at Work employment training supports local residents and incumbent employees in increasing their skills and recognized certification for employment the health field.

Transpowerment Program
The TransPowerment program is working to reduce HIV infection and transmission among transgender persons and their partners in Santa Clara County. TransPowerment is a program that builds strength within the transgender community by providing culturally appropriate services through workshops, outreach, and case management.
