Santa Cruz Trans Support Group and Services

The Diversity Center offers people who find themselves somewhere on the transgender spectrum a place to meet others, access transgender resources, and explore the possibilities in a respectful and caring environment. Our Trans Community Coordinator is available to answer your questions and help you to access appropriate services and resources in Santa Cruz County. Call (831) 425-5422 or access our email list server.

The Diversity Center is proud to be in collaboration with Planned Parenthood Mar Monte's Westside Health Center, bringing Santa Cruz Trans Care to you. This means that besides providing social and emotional support resources, trans clients now have access to low or no cost health care services. The Westside Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services, delivered with care and compassion to our transgender community. Our community collaboration efforts are increasing providers' knowledge, commitment and skills in delivering state of the art transgender care.
