At Brookvale Terrace Mobile Home Clubhouse, 300 Plum Street, Capitola.   Click here to see a map or call 425-5422 Ext. 108 to request that map be mailed to you. Parking is limited - please car pool. Additional parking available at 500 Plum St (Hardy Insurance) 1/2 block before the Brookvale Terrace entrance.

 

Program

 

Always be Prepared

 

This program will offer a wide range of presenters offering information on

1) wills, trusts & power of Attorney for financial matters

2) caregiver issues (your partner, parents, family, or friends)

3) Advance Health Care Directives

4) home funerals and green burials

5) financial planning & long term care insurance

6) fiduciary assistance

7) hospice and grief counseling  

 

Each of our panelist will speak for 5 minutes from the stage and then move to “stations” around the outside of the luncheon area so our members can visit any of the tables to gather information and ask questions during the second portion of our program. Please share this program with your LGBT elder friends by inviting them to join us.
