If you are a Booth Vendor for Santa Cruz Pride, please keep in mind the following items!

For relative booth placement, please see the map linked below which are VERY large, suitable for printing on 8.5x11" paper.:

ARRIVAL Information:

You should receive your final booth instructions about a week before the festival.  You must enter from Water Street, a map is available here.  You may arrive anytime after 8AM, but your vehicles must be out of the park by 10:30.  Failure to show up before 10AM may result in forfeiture of your booth space.

Remember, no outside alcohol, smoking or dogs are allowed in the park. 

BOOTH SETUP: 

Upon entering at the Water Street entrance to San Lorenzo Park ( a map is available here ) someone will be there to greet you and will direct you to someone who will walk with your vehicle to your booth location, and make sure you know where to setup, and help answer any last minute questions or concerns you may have.  Also, please keep in mind the following items: 

* Vehicles to unload booth items are allowed in the park after 8AM and before 10AM only, after 10AM no vehicles will be allowed in the park, and all vehicles MUST be out of the park by 10:30AM.

*  No tent stakes, or other things puncturing the ground are allowed.  Please keep this in mind when planning your shade structures, etc.

* No shade or shade structures are provided, and it generally is a warm sunny day.  come prepared.

BOOTH CLEANUP: 

Cleanup and tear down starts at 5:15 PM (The festival closes at 5PM).  We ask that you leave the park by 7PM. No vehicles will be allowed in until our security team deems it safe for vehicles to enter the park (generally about 5:30 PM).

Please leave the space as you found it, with rented tables and chairs neatly stacked at the center of your booth space.  We encourage you to not leave litter or trash on the ground at or near your booth.  Volunteers do all of the cleanup, we have no paid staff to clean the park.
