NVC Queer (LGBT) Weekend
- Description:
- A whole weekend for those of us who identify as LGBT and have already had a taste of how NVC can enrich our lives and relations. Just as the LGBT pride movement has created a queer space for celebrating a rainbow of different sexualities, genders and races, we seek to create a container for celebrating and mourning our queer experiences through the Nonviolent Communication model. NVC helps us recognize, understand, and move beyond social constructs and internal conflicts toward sweeter, more alive connections with ourselves and others with greater authenticity, love and openness. We hope to deepen our trust within ourselves, our queer community and take that home to our allies.
