Pride Program Publication

The Diversity Center mails their annual Pride Program to nearly 3,000 individuals from the Center's mailing list one week prior to Pride Santa Cruz. The publication includes news & information about the Pride Parade and Festival , biographies of the Grand Marshal, Pride Proclamation Honorees, and more. Please consider purchasing an ad in the Pride Program to:

  • Support the success of Pride Santa Cruz
  • Recognize and publicly congratulate the Grand Marshal
  • Recognize and publicly congratulate the Annual Pride Proclamation Honorees
  • Recognize the 36th Anniversary of Pride Santa Cruz

All Ads Must be Reserved by May 7

All Final Artwork Due: May 14

Artwork Format: Artwork must be provided in one of the following formats: PDF (preferred), EPS, TIFF or JPEG. Final artwork must be 300 dpi resolution with fonts converted to outlines or embedded. All ads must be submitted in grey-scale in the finished output size.

Artwork Design Assistance Available: For businesses who do not have access to a graphic artist, graphic design assistance is available at $65 an hour (15 minute billing intervals). Advertiser must provide text (in a text file, Microsoft Word, Simple Text or email file), and artwork (logo, photo, or graphic) in a electronic file or as flat art that can be scanned. Basic Ad Layout Cost: $20 - $65 (depending on elements provided and design needed). Logos and concept illustrations are available at an additional cost.

Reserving Ad Space in the Pride Program:

Step 1. Reserve Ad size by Friday, May 7 

  • Include name of business or organization and billing information
  • Include contact person and contact information
  • Email us at advertise or call (831) 425-5422 x 109.   

Step 2. Submit all ad artwork by Friday, May 14 to advertise.
